Returns
We hope you love our wipes, but we know life isn't always perfect..
1. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
2. Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice.
3. Return the product with shipping prepaid. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. All items must be in original packaging.
5. Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL or any courier that issues a tracking number.
6. Allow 3-5 weeks for the credit to appear.
